3.2. No confidential relationship. We review a large number of opportunities, and we may already be evaluating or invested in companies that are similar to or compete with yours. While we treat Submissions with discretion, sending us a Submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and we do not sign non-disclosure agreements for an initial review. Nothing in these Terms limits our ability to evaluate, invest in, or work with any other company.

3.3. Feedback. If you send us feedback or ideas about our business, we may use them without any obligation to you.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership. The Site and its content, including its text and design, are owned by Wick or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Wick” is our trademark.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

11. General

11.3. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
